Glencore expects completion of the deal by Sept 31st, 2014 (3Q).

If SC drill results are released by Dec 2014, then incorporated in the a new updated RE, FS by March 31, 2014 (Q1). Then there will be a very interesting gap Q1-Q3 where majors will be bidding over Copper projects.
