I did not read it that way, I guess it shows how we often draw conclusions on the writer's comments rather than on the (Elmer's or else) answer itself. I guess Elmer's plan is to conclude a deal with Teck so we would not have to wait for an updated mine plan to formely quantify the changes? if things turns sour with them then we would have do go throught this long process to go to the market.. comments?
