That is almost true. We did know the upside but sadly we have learnt that the waste can only be upgraded after an updated mine plan is configured and then again, only if an independent mining engineer reviews the plan and accepts the change. That is to say a new RE is not even sufficient. We don't have a timeline on that work if the drill results are delivered by the end of the year.

Given this work, I'm not sure if we could be ready in the Spring to make an offer to Teck.
