Perhaps you have time to run a survey to see who's underwater and who's not? Then you can count how many hubleaders are still around and see what % of the ag posters they are accountable for ? I sincerly wish I had sold a long time ago and would have deep respect for anyone who's been less stupid than me for selling earlier.
