jmo, many longs are tapped out....however the "pounds in the ground" are still there. not agreeing with no improvement = no offer as the less than stellar FS was by accomodation of/ with & for TCK purposes . i.e. this is huge & valuable deposit no matter the results from this go-around....to say more here wud require a re-statement of many other posts- best to read & dd ourselves.
