What I understood from what he was saying relates back to youngmoney's posting that "we have it all" regarding existing infrastructure (adjacent highway, power and port).

I think he was countering that we don't have all those things NOW - they are coming soon (power) and have to be built / upgraded significantly (highway to port). Tempering youngmoney's optimistic post with a bit of his opinion of reality?

He can't respond because someone banned him, so this is just my assumption. Would much rather he be able to respond directly though.

Where did he cross the line to be banned if it is ok for me to ask? Was a really offensive post deleted, or was it the posts on record that don't seem too offensive (to me anyways)?
