DM is an Insider

DM holds over 10% doesnt that make him an insider even though he is not a directer?

I was told by Cathe a few weeks back that she or anyone else is not permitted to discuss whether anyone is in Blackout. I am really surprised that EE has not bought. You would think this would be agreat place for EE to park a few million especially with the low interest rates out there.At these prices and no insider buys , I believe they are all in Blackout. The stock is trading at 30% dicount to the last option price that were excercised.
