Elmer always seems to be in good spirits perhaps because he makes money regardless the share price. I'm not certain the company couldn't do more to publicize the project. Waiting is very difficult. Perhaps if Elmer came out and said " I am so certain this project will advance in a timely manner that I will work for $1.00 per year." That would certainly show some faith
