My take is that they want to buy more shares on the market but being blacked out, why not take their options @.45? IMO, knowing that they will be worth much more down the road. EE hasn't sold a share? What does that tell you? Well the SP would drop llike a lead baloon if he did. I think all the "insiders" are waiting just like the rest of us for the "liquidity" event. Someone talked to Catherine & she seemed to hint at that scenario, that they are waiting too.
