CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
"It looks like the market is not putting much faith on the news release yesterday, we are lower than prior to the release, even though copper is up substantially. This is a fact not a bash. I'm hoping the results are positive and turn this around. "
That's historically been the pattern for CUU, we sat for the longest time at $1.20 because nothing was happening we were waiting for late summer to come, and when it came and nothing happened, we started to dwindle ever so slowly but as the date of each impending weekend came and went we were boucing up and down every few days .02 here .4 there, but after Dec. 24th, NR of PFS, we barely climbed for a day or 2 and then started down trend and each NR since has followed the same pattern, up for a day or 2 and then down.
Maybe we should break the jinx before the NR. For example, do a HALT at the Exchange, followed by a conference call and have Celine Dion sing the National Anthem (since she's Canadian), followed by a 1 minute drum roll, then Elmer reads the NR to all who called in. After that, then the NR is officially released and when time is appropriate the HALT can be removed. Or, less expensive and less grand, have a priest sprinkle some Holy water on the NR before releasing it to ward off the jinx, ju-ju, poltergiest, whatever.
Okay guys, I'm trying to spread a little smile on everyone's face so smile for me please. I had to think real hard the scenario above. LOL
And to all a good night.
