If we stick to the facts, the NR mentions ''We expect some or all of the drilling results for the 2013 season at Schaft Creek to be released in December."

This is not a promise, its an assumption. But I would say that Elmer is well aware that not meeting past deadlines have caused a lot of issues so I am confident if Elmer mentions this in a NR, it's going to happen.
