I agree that using our funds to buy back shares would not make much of a dent in the outstanding share amount, while depleting funds in the coffers.
Personally, I think I would prefer to see a reverse stock split of say 4:1 giving us a bit over 100 million outstanding shares with a current value of about $1.50/share.
I often think that anyone looking into our company, see the amount of shares out and it scares them.
I realize at the end of the day the amount of shares does not affect the value of the company but it is perception.
Also, a higher share price may attract other investors as well as institutions.
Some will disagree, as sometimes reverse splits end up resulting in a lower market cap but these are just my thoughts and opinion.
