Buying 5% of ourstanding shares (or about 20 million) would cause the share price to jump far more than 5%. As Itetea posted recently http://agoracom.com/ir/CopperFoxMetals/forums/discussion/topics/593735-no-leaked-info/messages/1862988#message,

the total number of shares traded over the past few months is only 5 million. So buying 20 million would totally change the SP.

I was actually hoping they would have done the share buyback instead of the $0.275 dividend. But the dividend is good too and did give cash to many who needed/wanted it - including I suspect the insiders. So both are good but I still would have preferred the buyback.
