What I find funny is, when we are down 20-50% the entire community jumps on the company and our management team in which everyone expresses their concerns and doom day theories but on a event we are up huge where people gain a great amount of money and value back from the lows of 31 cents the board is silent and out to lunch!
That's because when people see something that they think is supposed to be happening, you don't normally comment. "Looks like the sun rose in the east again." isn't really worth mentioning.
However, when things don't go according to plan there's plenty to comment on and why it's not doing what it's supposed to do.
Have you ever called any of your service providers or spoken to a customer service rep and told them that everything is going well and you have no complaints and to just keep it up? Probably not, where as most people have plenty to say when something goes wrong.
