There are so many opinions here. Judging the current BFS valuation on the NPV alone is like looking at an iceberg, 7/8ths of it are hidden in the overburden and another portion of an enlarged pit and a completely bigger overall zone, zones and or district of mineralization.

The game of possum ended last summer. TCK knows what they have in the current pit. The next few weeks may determine the true value of the BFS. Adding in the waste, NPV @ 5% and other deposits moves SC & cuu to a higher valuation in the coming weeks.

The risk to a potential buyer has been reduced with the BFS and is being lowered further with with each subsequent drill core!

The value has been unlocked and TCK is unlocking more.

The offer will come in time.

I am still a buyer and holding tightly onto my chunk of stock.
