perhaps the drilling program involving 10k meters was to be spread out into different phases : 2013, 2014 and not 10k per year? I don't remember the exact wording ..

Otherwise it could be they saw enough, good or bad ; i dunno. OR They encountered issues drilling where they wanted OR discarded some bad results... anyone?
