One must consider how late they got started after negotiating the JV, the capacity of the camp, terrain involved dragging drills up the mountain and the difficult ground not to mention that Teck's cocern for safety doesn't allow them to drill as fast as CUU previous. Maybe they saw enough. Maybe this was a way of buying more time. And how much of all this was in Elmer's control with Teck in charge. Just my thoughts.
