Because we have 400M shares out? Arizona is new and fresh. For our value to go up $1 we have to prove up 400M worth of a deposit. For even a dime of value we need to prove up 40M worth of a deposit.

Arizona can be done, but it makes so much more sense to do it once SC is sold and we can then roll back the shares a bit so value can actually be REALIZED.
