The problem is that if the market improves - any value that Arizona represents is the same thing as error to us. Let's say we do prove up something worth 40M (arbitrary # for easy numbers). 10 cents which would be attributing full value to it (highly unlikely) when our SP should be higher, is the same thing as the day to day movements - especially if we're anywhere near what most of us think this is worth.
Realistically, Arizona won't be facotored into CUU's SP until SC is sold and the shares are rolled back - in the same way that in all liklihood SC won't be playing a role in Teck's share price given how little it represents in their overall portfolio.
