I fail to understand how a share roll back changes anything.

You're right, Linsickel ... on paper it should make no difference at all. However, if you've been around juniors long enough, you'll find that share price often drops a fair bit after share consolidations. I know it makes no sense, but it seems to be a fairly predictable thing.
