FYI, It's $650k not $250k. From page 4 Copper fox metals MD&A document on Sedar website:

The continuing obligation on the Sombrero Butte property is a US $650,000 payment due on January 9, 2014. On payment of this amount, Copper Fox would hold an undivided 100% interest in the Sombrero Butte property
