If there were some larger shareholders or funds, wouldn't be surprised to see a Class Action coming forward for that exact reason.

We invested in something we were told was rock solid, then over time it became unenforecable, then it's like swiss cheese, now the JV ignores it and eliminates our bargaining position.

If a buyout doesn't happen, or Teck walks wouldn't surprise me to see that happen and would make sense.
