Well, you could always read the Salazar Agreement directly and see there is no 4-year clause.
I think I'm generally saying the same thing, that the 4-year clause exists in an Agreement between Teck and Liard, not the Salazar Agreement.
The point under discussion was that we lost some benefits from the Salazar Agreement, but it wasn't ever in that Agreement. It existed, as always, in a separate Agreement that may or may not still be in force, but has nothing to do with the recent negotiations with Teck. No loss, no gain.
A lot more optimism back in May 2012, that's for sure. That was before it occurred to me that Copper Fox would also have to build the mine within the 4-year period or lose their shares too. The funny thing is, nobody knows what triggers the 4-year period? It could be a production decision, who knows?
