Golfyeti, it's taking me a few days to actually watch this when I have time.

I'm just over the 39 min mark or around there. Don is starting to talk about IRR and NPV. I paused it just now because he made a pretty interesting statement about NPV.

He said NPV is the lowest value of the asset. That's because from that point on, nothing but capital flow will be going into the asset and NPV should rise sharply.
