Im trying to re-think the whole thing.
Before the new agreement got drawn up. Cuu had 100% interest in Shaft Creek.
Then Teck and Elmer and his team (Copper Fox was represented by Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP, with a team led by Hector MacKay-Dunn, Q.C. that included Denise Nawata, Ron Chin and Peter Roth (corporate) and Sandy Sheinin (tax). Teck was represented in-house by Anthony A. Zoobkoff, Assistant Secretary, Senior Counsel and Nick Uzelac, Corporate Counsel.) Sat down a drew up the new agreement.
So Teck backs in for 75%.
Cuu still owns 25%
Teck give CUU 20 million and Elmer hands out a small % to share holders for loyalty.
Reguardless what Elmer bought in Arizona.....Copper Fox still owns 25%.
Question is...25% of what?
Just the original Shaft Creek? or do we still own 25% of everything-----like 25% of port and Teck land?
If we still own 25% of everything, Then how can Teck tranfer the port and Teck land with Galore Creek? OR do we now own part of Galore Creek with Teck and Nova Gold?
Wow....
