Hope fully this clears up the concerns........from Elmer...........................Thanks for your comments. The $3.03 million was for the funds Copper Fox paid toward the Port of Stewart agreement and for the additional mineral tenures acquired by Copper Fox The Port of Stewart and additional mineral tenures are assets of the joint venture and are held 75% Teck and 25% Copper Fox Regards Elmer.................................................. To: Elmer Stewart Subject: Stewart Bulk Terminal Agreement........................................... Hello Mr. Stewart, I know you have stated "dont believe what you read on a message board" and I certainly do take peoples comments with a grain of salt. I prefer to base my decisions on facts not speculation. One topic that has come up is regarding the Stewart Bulk Terminals Agreement. It is my understanding that this was transfered to Teck along with land claims for payment of $3.93M to Copper Fox. Is this agreement now the sole ownership of Teck's to use as they please, or are we still 25% owners of this agreement? In other words, if say Galore Creek was developed before Schaft Creek, could Teck use the port agreement to ship concentrate from Galore? Or is the reservation strictly for use of Shaft Creek concentrate? I would appreciate clarification.
