our fully diluted share float will be down to 415.5 million after Ernesto's 2 million, $1.25 warrants expire today. There were also 1.635 million options that expired in Jan.

Ernesto only has 3.358 million warrants remaining that expire on April 8th.

I wonder if he has agreed to finance the Van Dyke drill program for 2014 in order to reload his stash?
