for a number of years the 4 year clause was a part of the due dilligence on this board and elsewhere. It was a part of an unpublished agreement dating back to the Hecla days if I remember correctly. Then, all of a sudden the clause was dismissed as possibly non relevant in todays world and we never really heard anything more about it here. I guess many assumed that the JV would not include any of thos old agreements and that it would be starting from scratch.
Well, if you look at the new JV agreement....all of the old legacy contracts still apply. Is the 4 year clause still in one of them?
