Anonymous always plays these games....they have to sacrifice shares at a higher price to try and force out many more out of the hands of retailers at lower prices who may sell out of fear then ride up on the multiples gains on those shares into the buy out. Seen it many times before. It is the only way they can scare up millions of shares they need because insiders are not selling.
