I am saying that material info for Copper Fox would have to be released prior to Teck discussing it at their conference call even if it is not material for them

Why would Teck discuss something that is not material to them? If it is not material to Teck then I would assume they won't bring it up. Therefore they won't be jumping the gun on anything Copper Fox has to announce.
