Copper Fox may not transfer, convey, assign, mortgage or grant an option of an Interest

unless a proportionate Interest in the Direct Interest, Indirect Interest, Property,

Assets and any Mine and this Agreement are to be transferred, conveyed,

assigned, mortgaged or optioned together.


Is this another way that Teck keeps an ultra firm grip on the Liard shares that they have of ours in 'safekeeping'. Does this section mean that we couldn't sell our indirect interest (Liard shares) unless we sold an equal portion of the direct interest as well?
