Foxy, although I agree with your statement re: the unfolding of the EA process, I wouldn't want to discount the possibility of things going off the rails for some reason or another. The Morrison Mine project comes to mind quickly.
I don't believe we have environmental issues that can't be mitigated in a favourable way. However, there is a good reason for potential investors to wait until the environmental hurdle has been jumped. That final stamp of approval will de-risk this project enormously; until then, nobody can say with any certainty that it's a slam dunk for approval.
In my mind, Teck submitting an EA this year is one of the most important milestones that I'll be watching for. Once granted, I believe we will be past the single greatest restraint on our share price.
