Well, I sure hope they do submit the EA ASAP. I stick to my original opinion that there will be no offer to buy until the EA is approved and signed off by the federal signatory. Until then, too much to lose. There has obviously been an extreme amount of caution taken by Teck and the EA will have to be in the bag before they put their collective necks on the block. A year out from point of official submission can be expected despite diligence to date.
