If we start recuiting more hub leaders? Should there be some way of detirming who should take on this HUGE responcability?

I know I dont even want the job. I would not be good at it.

I think at times my emotions MIGHT get in the way of doing the "RIGHT" thing.

Besides from spring to fall im pretty busy and can not devote the amount of time needed here to over see this form.

I would think what ever the rating of the new candidate is. It should be based on knowledge and integrity....MY Honest Opionon.

I guess this is where we are now. I believe hub leaders have just moved on ---sold. Or what ever. This undertaking of bringing in more Hub Leaders would be hard.

hub Leaders also in my view have more wisdom on Shaft Creek than others......, (reason)...If someone on this board has a question...like me,,,all the time. We have hub leaders that usually do have the answer.

Besides my spelling sucks...lol
