really worth looking this word up...if we think anyone with real input on the project will (or are permitted to) tell non-insiders what's really happening.

all i believe r anxiously waiting -& my shed (all my wife says i own) is unheated!!

however:

verbal communication by cuu principals of a political slant, nods, winks, facial expressions etc. don't tell us diddly - nor will they, or should they until it is public domain...jmo
