"We're looking for quality long-life assets but that those holding these assets....well, the seller's expectations are really high, and we have to look at that"

He said something like this before they announced the JV. It would have been at the time that Elmer & co. were discussing the FS and JV with them. I remember we thought it was pointed towards us, and may well have been.

At least he said, "we have to look at that," whereas last time he said something about it simply not being viable.
