I agree with this line of thinking Golf. How many still remember the 9 billion acquisition of Fording Coal that the timing virtually "crippled" Teck and their shares dropped to around 3 bucks (I bought some but as usual not enough) I believe it is critical for Teck to have the support of their company/shareholders with any future projects and with CUU basically being a "privately" controlled company you can be rest assured they already know what the price is to acquire full ownership/control of SC. Timing is everything!
