I will be taking a reduced role on this board going forward as we await the value of CUU to improve and grow.

I will continue to do due diligence on my investments as I have recently received correspondence from various individuals of relevance that I will use to formulate a plan and decide the outcome of Copper Fox.

My posts here do not resonate with many posters and that is understandable. I have a very positive outlook on the company and I have my reasons for that belief. It is my opinion that we will receive our permits and become a producing mine!

Elmer confirmed to me in so many words and if a "fair value offer" is not reached we will wait until the EAC is received to further de-risk the SC project before selling.

Also, we are staying for a 2014 joint-venture program and we will not sell our SC asset in 2014...of course this is my opinion. Time will tell.
