He agreed Tck will never pay the type of multiples we expect based on the current SP. The SP needs to move up do Tck can justify paying what we need.

That was discussed and agreed the SP needs to get moving. I am sure someone else who was there can verify. Either way it's irrelevant, because he is not promoting and that's my point.
