CG, I value your contributions to this forum if only because no one else can claim that we're the kool-aid forum while you're around! Seriously, we need your opinion and input as much as anyone else's to help put things in perspective. But I think your description of what has happened as a "fiasco" is a bit strong. A fiasco would have been if Teck had taken a look and walked away. The story isn't over yet.
