For what it's worth, this is what I wrote about in my AGM post, following my questions to Elmer about timing:

"I asked Elmer and he confirmed it would be early spring at the earliest before we were ready to shop our 25% share."

Point being that , based upon Elmer's words at last fall's AGM, we are not yet at the stage when we should be expecting a liquidity event.
