Back of the napkin: Arizona undervalued?

On July 9, 2012, Copper Fox bought the Arizona properties from Bell Copper for 2M. Our share price that day was $1.19. There has been a 77% decline in our share price since that day. Assuming all assets of Copper Fox have fallen equally that puts the Arizona properties at $460,000. I know that we are all looking to find the true value of CUU while we are waiting. While this back-of-the-napkin calculation is quite simplistic, it does give a different perspective on the undervaluation of the company. Reread the NR for July 2012. Is it really worth 460k? I am sure there are others in this forum who do this stuff for a living so I'd appreciate your comments. SF
