I really don't know that we are all that naive. I too am a little long in the tooth. However there are positives. We all believe (perhaps naively) that Teck will move ahead with this project. However if it should happen that they are not interested for whatever reason then I believe they will sell it to another company which will develop the region. of coarse this will delay events even longer but at least it will one day be developed. All it takes is time. I also have a lot of skin in the game but my family won't starve while we wait. I can wait and if I die before it's developed I'm sure my children will benefit. Seriously it should be developed at some point but I would say it's not a good idea to tie your money up in stocks and then putting a timeline for when you have to cash out . Deadlines will kill you. I don't want to but I can wait 15 years if I have to. Won't be happy but neither will it change my lifestyle. Unless of coarse Obama drives America and then anada into hyperinflation such as Weimer Germany had or Quebec separates . Then all bets are off.
