i agree with you, lot of investors just take the face value of what they read and dont grasp the concept of worst case scenerio with improving the resource. If i was a junior mining company i would rather under promise and over deliver vs over promise and under deliver. if we over promised and under delivered through our BFS, Teck would of never agreed to back in... imo.
