Message: Is my Thinking Wrong

If we were the majority shareholder of the Liard (isn't the combination of our shares and Teck's around 93%), WE would be in control of the Liard interests and could elect to amend the 4 year timeline to a more reasonable amount of time.

If this were true, Teck had controlling interest in Liard right up until the FS was published. If they were concerned they could have amended it any time these past seven years or more.

Unfortunately we've never seen this clause and don't know the details.

For example, when does the 4-years start? Did the four years start with a production decision? Teck, under Salazar, was not required to put SC into production so they couldn't have been forced to bring the mine into production within 4 years.
