Thank you for your research, Prospekt. Much appreciated. I am starting to feel, in light of the share price that I'd like us to move into production. What I mean by this is not selling to Teck and we become a producer not just an explorer. I think the closer we get to that day the more anxious TCK will be to have us out of the way. JMO.
