I would certainly hope that this investment of ours is wrapped up long before the courts would have to deal with this issue.

If the intention is to sell Cuu (the company) it is unlikely the management would want to have a bunch of lawsuits in the works.

I think Elmer and staff feel they have done a good job and are just tired of all the posts that claim they have not.
