Message: Interesting development! Copper Fox taking legal action...

Dfinko,

Yes, it would be prudent to create a spinoff of Desert Fox Minerals. Copper Fox will go public with an IPO and then release the PEA. I asked Elmer specifically about the PEA and Desert Fox value. It would make sense to release the PEA after an IPO for a few reasons.

Dfinko this should answer your question:

My question is from a value and investment perspective, would Copper Fox Metals engage and pursue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for Desert Fox Minerals to obtain maximum value when we release the PEA study on the deposit?

( That is a possibility and was part of the strategy around putting all assets except Schaft Creek outside Copper Fox)

Would Copper Fox consider a public listing on the TSX.V with a low market capitalization and limited shares outstanding to extract full value from the PEA news release on the Van Dyke project?

(It would not make sense to bring a large cap company to the market. The way this is handled by most companies is that they issues shares and warrants to shareholders at some ratio to exiting share holdings when new companies are floated publicly. A lower market cap and a high NPV project would make sense)

Based on all the above, Elmer does intend to isolate Schaft Creek from the rest of the properties and connect the PEA document the to Desert Fox name rather Copper Fox. He even states, "lower marker cap and high NPV project would make sense". It would not make sense to put out an PEA with Copper Fox name because of the extremely high shares outstanding and Market Cap. You would drown the value with the current corporate structure! So, imagine a 30-50 million market cap. company putting out 600 million PEA......value and stock growth explosion!!!
