I just thought of something. The TSX requires these reports to be written by a Qualified Person who has to be independent of the company. Well, Teck is preparing these reports in-house so they can't be QP's. I think that alone would disqualify the results from being released, and that's why Elmer referred to it as an observation.

It makes sense when you think about it, a company can't just write something up and put it out there improving on the 43-101 documents just because they have a rosier outlook or a better source of trucks.
