I see where you're coming from Neo and as usual I'll be optimistic, besides I like the idea of 2014 versus 2015 versus "soon"...

IMO the decision will be made when Teck offer what EE and the other CUU insiders have in mind as an acceptable deal. This has to be one of the longest games of heads-up poker I've been sitting in with a chip and a chair, albeit a minority one.

Nothing can move until the FROO is invoked, and Teck does not appear to us to be in any rush. I guess that we will only hear what that FROO value will be via a ballot to shareholders.

Either way, I'm in until the end, hopefully a good one without a loss for me.
